So happy I got this. My shoulders are now flat against the mattress instead of rolled up against the pillow which I care about for better posture/posture relief. Its very comfortable, way more comfortable than a traditional pillow especially for sleeping on the back, this is helping me sleep on my back more. I do still sleep on the side and this is a great fit for that too and my face isn't squished in the pillow, instead my ear area is cradled in the crevice and not feeling pressure either. I will stick with this for life and not go back to sleeping on a traditional pillow. This pillow is eco-friendly and non-toxic which was also super important to me. I definitely feel like I'm sleeping better.
