My shoulders are now flat against the mattress instead of rolled up against the pillow. Way more comfortable than a traditional pillow - this is helping me sleep on my back more. I do still sleep on the side and my face isn't squished in the pillow, instead my ear area is cradled in the crevice. I definitely feel like I'm sleeping better and will stick with this for life!
