Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being received.

You will receive a confirmation E-mail with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Costs:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on select items and orders. The eligibility  for free shipping  will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. For items that do not qualify for free shipping , the shipping cost will be calculated  based on the weight of the order and end destination.

Custom and Duties:

For Customers  within the EU, there are generally no customs and duties fees. However,  it is the customers responsibility to be aware of  and cover any applicable  taxes or duties  that may be incured for shipments outside of the EU.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with it, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process. 

Easy 14-day Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if its right for you. If you'd like to return it, just make sure:

*  Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.

*  Any protective seals or stickers are still intact

To start a return, just email us at info@retouchpillow.com and we will provide you with a return address.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.

 Please note that the return shipping costs are the costumers responsibility unless the item is faulty.
